Your remodeling project will most likely cost more and take longer than you think. Final costs are always determined by the size and complexity of the renovation and the cost of the selected finishes. To estimate any project, we use a Fixed Cost system. We take into account all the costs of a project—labor, materials, and other business expenses—and we stick to them. If we plan for five days and it ends up taking seven, then you’ll never see a bill for the additional two days. The only time the cost will change is if you ask for a change in scope or if we come across unforeseen issues (like a dramatic change in the price of materials). This is what it means to be a good steward.

You are free to find and purchase your selections from anywhere and we can also help with that for a cost plus markup. We may be able to get you an industry discount depending on what you're looking at!

In short, it depends. It depends on the size and scope of the work. Some projects can be as short as three weeks (for example, a small bathroom remodel). Others can take six months (for example, a large addition or a whole-house remodel). Our planning process includes a full project schedule that we share with you so that you can plan for when you can have full use of your home again.

While there will be time required for very important project decisions, we’ll follow your lead on your involvement. Our goal is to provide as stress-free of an experience as possible. For some, that looks like minimal time involvement, where we provide updates and only reach out to the client for pertinent decisions. For others, that looks like lots of collaboration, with frequent communication and meetings for all of the pieces to come together. Our team takes pride in our flexibility, and we’ll work to your preferred style to minimize or maximize your involvement in the project.

2 - Phone or On-site Consultation - Depending on the scope of your project we will talk through or walk through what we need to get started on putting together a quote ensuring that we have a clear vision of your end goal looks like.

3 - Quote Review and Acceptance - We'll confirm all the technical aspects like budget, timeline, materials, and plan the whole project. We'll answer any questions you have to make sure you have all the information you need and are comfortable with every detail.

4 - Work Begins - We work our magic and before you know it, your home will be updated, upgraded, and you can get back to your now improved and relaxed daily routine.

5 - Final Walkthrough - We do a final walkthrough together to make sure we haven't missed anything.
